Unser neues Lieferantenportal – gemeinsam einfacher zusammenarbeiten
Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
im Rahmen der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung unserer Prozesse löst die DZ BANK AG zum 07.09.2026 das bisherige Lieferantenmanagementsystem ASTRAS durch das neue Lieferantenportal Prospeum ab.
Prospeum wird künftig der zentrale Zugang für die strategische Zusammenarbeit mit der DZ BANK sein. Das Portal schafft eine zentrale und transparente Grundlage für die Pflege sowie den Austausch von Informationen, die für die langfristige Zusammenarbeit relevant sind. Dazu zählen insbesondere die Verwaltung von Unternehmensdaten, die Annahme und Bestätigung von Pflichtdokumenten sowie die Durchführung strategischer Lieferantenprozesse.
Operative Anfragen, Bestellungen sowie der Dokumentenaustausch erfolgen weiterhin über das bestehende Bestellsystem und die MDE.
Nächste Schritte
Am 07.09.2026 erhalten Sie eine separate E-Mail von unserem Portal-Partner Prospeum mit einem Registrierungsaufruf.
Ihre bereits in ASTRAS hinterlegten Lieferantendaten werden im Zuge der Migration in das neue Portal übernommen. Damit Sie künftig auf Prospeum zugreifen können, ist jedoch die Anlage eines neuen Benutzerkontos erforderlich.
Bitte führen Sie die Registrierung bis zum 30.09.2026 durch und prüfen bzw. ergänzen Sie anschließend die im Portal hinterlegten Unternehmensdaten.
Damit die Registrierungs-E-Mail Sie zuverlässig erreicht, whitelisten Sie bitte vorab die Absenderadresse no-reply@prospeum.com. DZ BANK: Our new supplier portal – making collaboration easier together
Dear Sir or Madam,
As part of the continuous improvement of our processes, DZ BANK AG will replace its current supplier management system, ASTRAS, with the new supplier portal, Prospeum, effective 7 September 2026.
Prospeum will serve as the central access point for strategic collaboration with DZ BANK in the future. The portal provides a central and transparent basis for maintaining and exchanging information relevant to our long-term business relationship. This includes, in particular, the management of company data, the acceptance and confirmation of mandatory documents, and the execution of strategic supplier processes.
Operational enquiries, orders and document exchange will continue to be handled via the existing ordering system and MDE.
Next steps
On 7 September 2026, you will receive a separate email from our portal partner, Prospeum, inviting you to register.
Your supplier data currently stored in ASTRAS will be transferred to the new portal as part of the migration. However, to access Prospeum in the future, it will be necessary to create a new user account.
Please complete your registration by 30 September 2026 and subsequently review and, where necessary, update the company data stored in the portal.
To ensure that the registration email reaches you, please whitelist the sender address no-reply@prospeum.com in advance. Instructions can be found here: https://prospeum.zendesk.com.
Further information on the individual steps will be provided with the registration invitation on 7 September 2026.
